Shipping policy
- Free standard shipping on orders above Rs. 2000 within India.
- Standard shipping fee of Rs. 100 will be charged for orders below Rs. 2000.
- Minimum order value is Rs. 500.
- All orders placed will be dispatched within 3 - 4 business days.
- For Custom Print orders, separate timelines will be intimated to you as per the job involved.
- Orders placed after 11AM IST on Friday, will be processed the next Monday.
- Business days are Monday - Friday (excluding local holidays).
- We do not process or ship orders on Saturday or Sunday.
- The standard delivery time is 5 - 10 days. The courier details will be intimated to you at the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery service is currently unavailable. In case you require the materials on an urgent basis, kindly mail us at frescoes.boxes@gmail.com with the order number. We will ensure the parcel is sent by air courier. The difference in shipping charges shall be notified to you.
- International orders are currently not being accepted due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
- NOTE: Frescoes is a Kolkata based company. Delivery and courier services are closed every year during Durga Puja in the month of October for 7 days. Kindly plan your purchases likewise.
